Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Bayesia LLC (“Bayesia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our iOS applications and related services (each a “Service,” and together the “Services”), including Voice To-Do (SayDone), Postly, and Breathwork; Breathing Exercise.
By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you prefer Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, it is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA for App Store distribution requirements, Apple’s terms control for that limited purpose.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account and profile.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Some Services offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time unlocks. The subscription title, duration, and exact price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price where permitted by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use a Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
- Violate the terms or policies of third-party platforms you connect (for example LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky)
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse a Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or share your account access with third parties
You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through a Service, including reviewing AI-generated drafts before publishing.
4. AI-generated content
Some Services use AI providers (currently Google Gemini / Google AI) to generate drafts, images, task suggestions, or related content. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before relying on it or publishing it. You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to the rights of any third-party materials you include.
5. Health and wellness disclaimer
Breathwork and related wellness features are for informational and personal wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any breathing or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition. Stop use if you feel unwell.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, branding, and software, are owned by Bayesia LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each Service for its intended purpose while your account or license is active.
7. Third-party services
The Services may rely on third parties such as Apple, Google, PostPeer, RevenueCat, Firebase, ad networks, and social platforms you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, including changes to their APIs or availability.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bayesia LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of a Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using a Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by email. Continued use of a Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
