2.3 Purchase and subscription information

  • Subscription tier, purchase status, and transaction identifiers processed through Apple In-App Purchases (and, where used, subscription platforms such as RevenueCat)

  • Device and technical data such as app version, operating system, and basic diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Services

Breathwork may show third-party ads (for example Google Mobile Ads) to non-subscribers. Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage signals under their own policies. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide app features you request (tasks, content, breathwork, etc.)
  • Generate AI assistance where a Service offers it
  • Schedule or publish content when you authorize connected accounts

Some Services (including Postly and Voice To-Do) may send relevant prompts, transcripts, profile details, or content context to AI providers (currently Google Gemini / Google AI) to return generated results for your account. Do not submit sensitive personal data in prompts or profile fields unless you are comfortable with that processing.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services:

  • Apple: authentication (Sign in with Apple) and in-app purchase validation
  • AI providers (Google): prompts and context needed to generate content or assistance, where enabled
  • Publishing partners (Postly): account connection data, post content, media URLs, and scheduling information required to publish to platforms you connect (for example via PostPeer)

  • Legal / safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Bayesia and our users

Social networks you connect will receive the content you choose to publish under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. On-device-only apps may store data primarily on your device until you delete the app or clear local data. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain some information for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example subscription records).

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) where data is transmitted to our servers, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including through cloud and AI providers. Where required, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
