This page describes copyright and intellectual property ownership for Bayesia LLC and the iOS applications we publish, including Voice To-Do (SayDone), Postly, and Breathwork; Breathing Exercise (together, the “Apps” and related “Services”).
1. Ownership
The Apps, Services, websites, software, source code, object code, designs, user interfaces, graphics, icons, logos, text, audio, video, documentation, and other materials we create or provide (the “Bayesia Materials”) are owned by Bayesia LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in our Terms of Use or by written permission from Bayesia LLC, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Bayesia Materials.
2. Trademarks
“Bayesia,” “Bayesia LLC,” “Voice To-Do,” “Postly,” “Breathwork; Breathing Exercise,” and related names, logos, and product marks are trademarks or trade dress of Bayesia LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent, except for accurate, non-misleading references to the Apps (for example nominative fair use).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload in the Apps (for example tasks, posts, captions, and media), subject to the licenses and rights described in our Terms of Use and the rights of any third parties whose material you include. AI-generated suggestions remain your responsibility to review before use or publication.
4. Third-party materials
The Apps may include or interoperate with third-party software, fonts, libraries, APIs, or content. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses and terms.
5. App Store listing assets
Screenshots, preview videos, icons, and marketing copy used for App Store listings are part of the Bayesia Materials unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized scraping, reuse, or republication of those assets is prohibited.
6. Copyright infringement notices
If you believe content available through a Bayesia Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

7. Permission requests
For press, partnership, or licensing requests involving Bayesia trademarks or copyrighted materials, email emmanueltassone@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright / licensing request.”
